Tetsuko Okuhira (オクヒラテツコ, Okuhira Tetsuko; born 30 June 1995) known professionally as Peco (ぺこ, Peko), is a Japanese model, television personality, and singer. She is represented by Starray Production. She was once a member of Yoshimoto Creative Agency in Osaka.
